E-mail Signature / Encryption
You'll discover here the several uses of a user certificate obtained via a browser. According to the original browser and the e-mail software, you may have to export/import it in PKCS12 format. This chart indicates which browser to use when requesting a user certificate for a determined email software.
- Native: indicates there's is no transfert manipulation needed between the browser and the e-mail software (really simple)
- P12:indicates you'll have to export/import in PKCS12 format for the transfert (less simple)
- n/a: indicates a transfert is not possible (not the same OS) but it still can be done by moving the file!
