Install a certificate for Cisco Unified Communications Manager

Installation of root certificate, intermediate certificates and final certificate

CUCM has its own root certificate store, you have to install manually, in order, the root, the certification chain and finally the certificate. (the links are available in the delivery email). Everything happens in the same place. Here's how:

1. Go to "Cisco Unified OS Administration"


2. Go to "Security" and "Certificate Management"


3. Click on "Upload Certificate/Certificate Chain"


4. Choose the relevant certificate


5. Then choose the file to install and click on"Upload file"


6. Repeat this process for the intermediate certificate (s) and last the final certificate


7. Reboot the service
