Generate a CSR for Zimbra

New: Use our online command line generator

In order to gain some time, you can now generate your command line with our CSR creation assistant tool. Just copy/paste to finalize !

1- Create the private key and the CSR

• The private key and the CSR are generated with the following command line:
  

  /opt/zimbra/bin/zmcertmgr createcsr comm -new -subject "/C=FR/ST=Calvados/L=Caen/O=TBS CERTIFICATS/CN=my.domain.com" 

  
  
• Bu default, the key size is 2048-bit. You can choose another size by adding (after "-new"):
  
  

   -keysize 4096

  (4096 or higher).

• Your key will be stored in:

  /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/commercial/commercial.key 

  Make a backup copy of this file!

3- Finalize the order process

• Use the appropriate link to place your order on our website. See Access an order form
• Copy/paste the content of the .csr file in the order form.
