Inst a certificate for courier-imap

In order to install your certificate, you will have to create a text file containing the concatenation of:
  1. Your server certificate (file A)
  2. Your certification chain (file B, only if needed)
  3. Your RSA key
Use the instruction TLS_CERTFILE in imapd-ssl or pop3d-ssl to load the file.

Do not use the instruction TLS_TRUSTCERTS, except if you are using client certificates with TLS_VERIFYPEER.
